A self-contained ground floor dwelling, of approximately 65 square metres, converted from a 17th-century trullo and cummersa, with lamie. It offers an intimate and cosy atmosphere, ideal for a romantic couple or a family with children. It features a kitchen with an archway leading to the living room, which has a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a Marie Antoinette-style bathtub that also serves as a shower. All floors are laid with original chianche stone and the ceilings are vaulted stone.
Outside, there is a garden and furnished patio for exclusive use (in an area shared with other properties).
